According to the test results, the shampoo contained 2-Phenoxyethanol, an ingredient not listed in its

, and exceeded microbial limits. The affected

, code 0010125, was produced on January 5, 2025, with an expiration date of January 4, 2027.

All local health departments have been instructed to stop sales, recall remaining products, and oversee their destruction. VB Group and EBC Medical Plant are also required to inform distributors and collect returned products. Although the shampoo had been heavily promoted online by Doan Di Bang as a 100% natural, expert-developed formula, it is now

unsafe for use.
